This return policy covers all LED Authority online products. LED Authority warrants that products will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service for a period of one (1) year unless otherwise specified for from date of shipment unless otherwise specified in the manufacturer's warranty.
A restocking fee of 25% of the cost of the product(s) (less shipping) will be applied to material returned within 30 days of purchase after the customer receives the product(s). No product can be returned after 30 days of receiving the unit.
Returned items must be complete and in the following condition.
In NEW UNUSED Condition. Any item that has been used, installed, rusted, dented or damaged will not be returnable. NO EXCEPTIONS.
Complete with all parts associated with this item. Such as cables, brackets and software.
Must be re-boxed in the original boxes. Be sure to enclose this completed return form together with a copy of your invoice. Please write your return address and RA# on the outside of the shipping box.
We suggest that you insure the return item with the shipper of your choice. In the event that it is lost or damaged you will then be covered.
Your credit will be applied to your account within 1 week after we receive your return.
Defective merchandise may be returned within 90 days of purchase for repair or replacement, at our option. In the event, we are unable to repair or replace, a store credit will be issued. Misused or abused items will not be accepted for return.
Returns must be accompanied by a return authorization number that the customer may receive by contacting sales@LEDauthority.com. Customer may pay for return freight charges of non-defective merchandise. Returns shipped collect will be refused.
